Offer Architecture
We build a high-ticket, outcome-driven offer that attracts the right clients and stops you competing on price. You'll know exactly what you sell, who it's for, and why they should pay £1.5K–£3K/month for it.
Private 1:1 Tier
Which should tell you the thing you’re missing was never the work.
If you're reading this, you're probably a videographer or agency owner who's good at what they do but can't seem to make the income consistent.
Some months are great. Others are dead. And you're tired of not knowing which one is coming next.
I stopped the agency at £30k because that was my number for the life I wanted. Yours will be different. We work out what it is, then we build the thing that gets you there.
Read everything before you reach out, especially the video below, as it speaks through exactly what the systems are and who the hell I am!
You're the driver. You're good at this: the shooting, the editing, the client work. That part was never in question.
The business is the car. And nobody has ever opened the bonnet with you. So when a month goes badly you do the only thing you know how to do, which is drive harder.
Five questions, about a minute. You'll see which part of the car is holding the other four back.
Real students, real numbers, on camera.

They keep selling deliverables. Videos. Posts. Hours.
They compete on price because they don't know how to compete on anything else. They take on every client that comes their way. They work 60-hour weeks and still barely break £3K–£5K consistently.
They think more clients is the answer.
It's not.
Two or three high-ticket retainer clients at £2K–£3K/month, with a system that brings them to you predictably, is worth more than 10 low-paying headaches.
That's exactly what we build inside the Engine Room.
Two versions of the same business. One of them is yours right now.
You find out what kind of month it was once it's over. Every good one you carried personally, and every bad one is something that slipped.
You stop being compared on price against everyone else who sells videos. Same skill, same camera, three to five times the rate.
Leads arrive whether you felt like posting or not. One client leaving becomes a Tuesday instead of a crisis.
Twenty to forty hours instead of fifty to eighty, because the parts that used to be you are systems and people now.
The Engine Room is built around one central system: The Acquisition Engine.
Five pillars, installed in order.
We build a high-ticket, outcome-driven offer that attracts the right clients and stops you competing on price. You'll know exactly what you sell, who it's for, and why they should pay £1.5K–£3K/month for it.
A personal brand and content strategy that pre-sells you before you say a word. Clients come to you already warmed up, already trusting you.
DM frameworks, sales scripts, and discovery call structure that close high-ticket clients confidently. No more freezing on price or caving to objections.
SOPs, onboarding flows, and client management systems so you stop reinventing the wheel with every new client. Delivery without the chaos.
The AI operating hub, hiring guides, and foundations to grow past £10K/month to £20k/month+ without burning out.
Three phases. Each one ends on a line you've either crossed or you haven't.
Niche locked and committed to for ninety days. Prices up on the clients you already have, because that's the fastest money in the building. Contracts tightened. The traffic engine switched on.
Your first hire. Which role comes first is the call we make together, off where your hours actually go. Get that wrong and you've bought yourself a second job. Then the two-call sales process replaces the one where you explain and then discount.
SOPs, onboarding, the numbers, the ops board. The point is a business that runs a job start to finish without you in the middle of every step.

Everything you get, and how much of it.
The difference between a freelancer and a business is that a business has written down how it does things. Pick the one that's bleeding and open it. The scripts, the numbers and the wording are already in there.
Built from thousands of real threads, with the wording that actually got replies.
Every frame in here is one that has already run, with the replies it got.
Yours to keep, whether you carry on with me or not.
The admin an agency owner holds in their head, in notes apps and in six spreadsheets. It moves in here on day one and stops being your job to remember.
What was agreed on the call, actually getting done.
Not what came in. What you keep, and how long it lasts if the phone stops ringing.
Who's up for renewal before they tell you.
Your close rate, counted from calls rather than from memory.

A plane burns most of its fuel getting off the ground. Month one is the takeoff. After that the system carries you.
A week of this costs you less than half a shoot day. You already find that time when a client asks.
I'm not going to pretend month one is restful. It's the heaviest, because that's when we rebuild the offer while you're still running the old business. It gets lighter, not harder.
I didn't start this because I was good at it. I started it because nobody would hire me.
Business with Marketing degree, then 200+ job rejections and not one marketing job. I ended up an engineer at Virgin Media, then doing commission marketing at an accountancy firm for £200 a month. That firm are my accountants now.
I built the agency to £30K months without being the person behind the camera. Contractors did the shooting, I built the briefs and the systems so jobs ran without me on set.
£30K was my number, not a scoreboard. It's what the life I wanted actually cost. Yours might be £8K, it might be £50K. The first thing we do is work out what your number really is, and then we build the thing that gets you there.
Then I systemised it well enough that I could step out of it entirely. That's the part that matters. Not my camera work. The machine underneath it.
This is 1:1. It's personalised. And I'm in it with you for six months.
Because you do not need one, and neither do I.
Everything a call would tell you is on this page. What it is, who it is for, what it costs, what happens after, and what I expect from you. There is no pitch you are missing and no number I am holding back until we speak.
If it is a fit, apply and I will send you everything in the DMs. If you have got a question, ask me in the DMs and I will answer it there. And if you would genuinely rather talk it through first, say so and we will talk. I just do not think you should have to sit through a sales call to be sold something you have already decided on.
This is for you if you're already in motion but stuck at a ceiling.

One high-ticket retainer client at £1.5K–£2K/month covers the full investment in 60–90 days. Then it pays for itself every month after that.
Maximum 2 new students per month. I keep it small, so every student gets the attention and results they deserve.
I cap it at two a month and I turn more people down than I take, because I only take people I think I can actually get a result with. If I read your application and I do not believe it, I will tell you and point you somewhere better.
I am not going to promise you a number by a date. Anyone who does is guessing. What I will promise is what it takes: two to four hours a week, for six months. The people who do that get there. The people who sign up and wait do not, and no guarantee has ever fixed that.
At the end of it we sit down and look at where you actually are, and you decide what the next six months looks like.
Some people take the systems and run it themselves. That's the goal, and it's a good outcome. The SOPs, the dashboard and the scripts are yours either way. Some want to go again and build the next level with me. We'll work out which one you are when we get there.
This is a high-touch, 1:1 mentorship. Every call is with me directly: no group sessions, no being another face in a crowd. A DIY course element is coming soon as an add-on, but the core programme is always 1:1.
2–4 hours of implementation between calls, plus one 45–60 minute call every 2 weeks. If you're working 60-hour weeks right now, this programme is designed to start buying that time back, not add to it.
Honestly? For most people it's somewhere around month ten or eleven, not month six. Some are quicker: Faisal did it in two months, Joe in four. Adnan took ten to eleven, with a plateau around month five, and his YouTube case study makes it look faster than it was.
The six months is the build. £10k is where you start systemising from, not where you finish. I'd rather tell you that now than have you find out in month five.
That's exactly where we start. The first phase of the programme is dedicated to building your offer and positioning from the ground up, tailored to your skills and the market.
A split payment option is available for the right candidates. But if budget is the main concern, be honest with yourself about whether now is the right time. I only take on students I believe I can get results with.
I'm still running my own agency. I'm not teaching theory. I'm showing you exactly what I built to hit £30K months, and what I'd do differently now. Plus, it's fully personalised to your situation, not a one-size-fits-all framework.
Yes, because I cap at 2 new students per month. You're not joining a programme of 200 people. You have direct access to me via Slack daily and a 1:1 call every 2 weeks.
I cap it at two because of what is in the What’s Included list. Bi-weekly calls and daily access do not scale, and I would rather run it small than run it badly.
You've read everything. You know if this is for you.
The only question left is whether you're ready to stop surviving month to month and start building something that actually works.
DM me "READY" on Instagram and I'll send you the next steps.
If you're nearly there but something's still bugging you, DM me "QUESTION" and ask me whatever it is. No pitch, I'll just answer it. I'd rather answer one honest question than have you close this and think about it for six months.
